2012 Participants

 We were pleased to have world famous author, preacher, scholar, Leonard Sweet with us for 6 days in 2012.  We learned to study the Bible not as a series of verses but as the STORY.   He has been asked to lecture around the world, and has spoken in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Brazil, England, Wales, South Africa, South Korea, Iceland, Scotland, and most recently, China, Indonesia, and Latvia.  Read more

Christian music legend David Meece describes a “tremendous urgency” to “get the Gospel out to as many people as possible.”  David’s life has impacted the lives of millions of people worldwide, and his passion for excellence in the field of Contemporary Christian Music continues to leave a powerful legacy for generations to come.  David will appeared in concert on Friday, July 13, 2012 and spoke with the Youth and congregation at the AGYTN on Saturday, July 14. 
We were surprised and dielighted whenPhredd (Also known as WJTL’s Fred McNaughton) brought his friend, Steven Courrtney with him when he appeared at the Children's Night program  on Friday, July 20.  Folks of every age will enjoyed the evening.

Friends of the Heart (Shirley Brosius, Kim Messinger and Janine Boyer) were featured on Friday, July 20 as they ministered  to ladies (& men) of all ages.

Mrs. Norma Good of Heifer International brought more information about how we can help the world's poorest help to provide food for themselves and then share the gift with their neighbors.  The children were delighted when she presented a video and shared a book about children who have been helped by Heifer International.  The camp was pleased to make a presentation of monies collected by participants in the Read-to-Feed program in 2012.

Rev. Thomas Osenbach brought the closing messageon Sunday, July 22.
              Programs for children and youth were also provided.  
VBS (directed by Mrs. Jill Harris Sheets) was held Monday, July 16 through Friday, July 20.  Kids' Korner with the Morrisons will meet during evening worship services on Sunday, July 15 through Thursday, July 19.  Youth Director, Aaron Reynolds wife, Marcie  & Asheley Lehman (Youth Leader to the Jr. High Youth) were on hand throughout the week to lead youth in meaningful and fun studies & activities.

 Dr. Barbara Yorks  not only led Bible study Thursday & Friday, July 19 &20 but also filled in on Tuesday evening for Rev. Collen LeQuire when she became ill.  

Men in Harmony presented an inspiring concert on Wednesday, July 18, and ReCreation appeared on Saturday, July 21.  .
